The Upright Door-Type High Temperature Dishwasher is ideal for your restaurant, hotel, cafe or buffet. It has a built-in booster configured for a 40° and 70° rise and features built-in diagnostics. The commercial dishwasher includes a door safety switch for improved safety while the rinse sentry ensures that the dishwasher reaches a final rinse temperature of 180°F.
